3. Pricing and Payment

Download links may expire after a reasonable period. If you experience issues accessing your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Product after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bay County, Florida.
